Weekend Lover

it's saturday
and i've missed her all week
her light tone
her attitude overgrown because
she says i haven't kissed her yet

so i do
but not before i cause the scene
that makes her laugh
the laugh that i've heard all week
but the phone doesn't do it justice

neither does the composure i keep
as not to offend her
though she knows i need her now
and forever
but now is the moment that will last forever
because she is here

in the dim light of the evening
and i know she understands
that love is passion and since she's here
my love is a river
her clothes a dam
holding back the explosion of my lust

the intensity of my desire
as i touch her skin cool from the winter day
her bright eyes meet mine with anticipation
and the room goes black
but her bright skin is the light i could never miss
her touch the caress i could never forget

because she is the love
i've always wanted!



what you guys think? I love this poem because its actually a poem written by me about . . me! A testament to me being able to think outside the box and put myself in my ex's shoes when he used to return home from weeks away during the torturous days of college, glad those days are done!!

 I LOVE models with tattoos . .its edgy a lil dark and sexy, especially when they have such a Kate Moss casual cool style! This one in particular though just a peak kinda inspires me . . . I live for tattoo art and love sleeves, but never really felt like a sleeve was my thing but I love her large back of the arm tatt. Makes me feel like I could get some big work without always having to show it off . . . like my arm pit tatt just wasn't enough lol.
